The High Court last week released its Oral Judgment on AHTC’s application to introduce new heads of claim and to amend its Statement of Claims after Judgment was rendered on 11 Oct 2019 in the matter of Suit 668 & 716 of 2017.

The Court has disallowed the new claims against the 3rd to 5th Defendants. In respect of the amendments that were allowed for the 1st and 2nd Defendants, the Court has since clarified that no findings of breach had been made in relation to the claim/s that were part of the amendments allowed.
